I am a licensed associate marriage and family therapist providing individual therapy, life coaching, marriage counseling, and couples counseling. As a therapist, I help people overcome depression, anxiety, addictions, and relationship issues. As a marriage counselor, I help couples rekindle intimacy, learn to communicate better and become friends again. I firmly believe that therapy and marriage counseling allow for healing and growth, and help people become better versions of themselves. I provide a safe and welcoming environment, allowing clients to grow and change. I use warmth, empathy, and humor to strengthen the therapeutic relationship. Because knowledge is power, I am always reading and observing the latest research in therapy and therapeutic methods to best serve my clients.

My experience includes working with mood disorders such as depression and anxiety, personality disorders, and addictive behaviors, including alcohol dependence and drug dependence. I tailor treatment and life coaching to suit the needs of each client, using cognitive therapy and psychodynamic therapy within a systemic approach. I integrate psycho-education, reframing, and role-play to assist clients in taking accountability for their treatment.
