Emotional change as a result of challenging thought processes allows you to choose how you behave - doing this can change your entire life. Knowing how you feel allows you to challenge the thoughts that cause your feelings, and This can lead to behavior CHANGEs that will improve YOUR LIFE and bring about greater happiness and life satisfaction.
